Relocation of a prominent downtown Austin law firm to an owned business condo in the Westlake area. Project required a full gut of the interior, reconfigured offices, conference rooms and layout of break room. Finishes were selected to complement the Spanish architecture of the building’s exterior. Most furniture was able to be reused into the new office layouts, keeping the budget to a minimum. A detailed labeling system allowed for a quick transition over a few days.
