Located in the heart of downtown Austin, the Brown Building is an iconic Art Moderne historic office building that was converted to lofts in the late 90’s by the Johnson family. Lyndon Johnson once officed on the 7th floor and the family wanted to save the building from the wrecking ball. This unit underwent a full update to the kitchen and bathroom along with detailed restoration of the terrazzo floor and steel cased windows. Storage was maximized to aid living in confined quarters.
