A 1926 Pleasant Ridge historical Dutch Colonial is slowly being restored with elegance and surprise. Every room will eventually have some form of wallcovering that is either traditional to the era or bold in style. As a work in progress, existing modern furniture is either grouped into certain rooms or slowly being swapped out with antiques. An addition is currently being designed and implementing some time in 2026 to add a larger primary suite, update windows to be historically accurate and treat the outside facade as if the addition had always been a part of the home.
